To enrich employees’ spare-time cultural life, ease work pressure, boost teamwork and team cohesion, our company recently held a fun team-building event. Such gatherings are an important part of our corporate culture, and we tailor varied team-building activities in line with traditional Chinese solar terms and festivals to bring diverse experiences to all staff amid tight work.
This time, the activity mainly featured a Guandan card game competition that combines fun and teamwork. The whole competition was lively and well-organized. Every team worked together with great rapport and made thoughtful strategies during the match. Following several heated rounds, three top teams were selected and awarded prizes by the company, winning rounds of applause and showing the team’s upbeat spirit.
Upon the conclusion of the competition, a barbecue session was organized for staff to relax. Staff gathered around delicious food, sharing stories about work and daily lives. The casual and harmonious atmosphere helped everyone shake off tiredness and deepen friendships, embodying the company’s thoughtful humanistic care.
